Hicham Abghay is senior project manager at Steinbeis-Europa-Zentrum offering supporting services for SMEs and research organisations to increase their innovation capacity and competitiveness from idea to market. Hicham manages several projects in the areas of innovation, technology transfer, research funding, market survey and policy recommendations with a special focus on Healthcare and notably IPR management.
Hiago Buschholds a LLB in Brazilian Law from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, and in Spanish Law from the University of Alcalá. Hiago is member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SC) and of the Spanish Bar Association (ICAM), qualified in Brazil and in Spain with experience working in both jurisdictions. Prior to joining Baylos Abogados, held posts in the legal team of IBM Southwest Europe based in Madrid, focusing on IP, IT and international contracts, and in the IP litigation department of Elzaburu. Hiago advises national and international clients on matters relating to IP, Unfair Competition and New Technologies. More specifically, he specializes in contracts and litigation on patents, trademarks, industrial designs, copyright, unfair competition, information technology and domain names.
Alexandra Fezer is project manager at Steinbeis-Europa-Zentrum supporting SMEs and academia in the fields of ICT, media and security to get involved in International research, esp. through EU funding. She has a long experience in technology transfer management, notably IPR protection, exploitation strategies. Alex is an EU IPR Helpdesk ambassador and member of the Enterprise Europe Network.
